Payment of Dividends	PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS During 2013, the Company declared and paid a $0.26 per share dividend on December 3, 2013 for a total of $2,260,000. The Company's Board of Directors presently plans to review at the end of each fiscal year the financial performance and capital needed to support future growth to determine the amount of cash dividend, if any, which is appropriate.
